Juror Reporting Instructions

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Notification: Important Information Regarding Jury Duty​

​Trial Jury Service in the Circuit Court for Harford County is suspended from Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, October 2, 2020. Trial jurors scheduled during this time period will not be rescheduled. Your name will go back into the jury pool for a future random selection. 

Seated GRAND JURORS, must report as instructed by the State's Attorney's Office.

If you receive a summons to serve as TRIAL JUROR on or after October 5, 2020, you must complete your juror qualification form and follow the call in procedure for final reporting instructions. 

​As circumstances may change daily, TRIAL JURORS MUST CHECK THE WEBSITE OR CALL THE REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS RECORDING LINE BEFORE REPORTING FOR JURY DUTY.​

Please note that requests for postponements or excusals are not taken over the phone. Please return your completed juror qualification form and submit your request by email, fax or mail. In your request, please include your juror identification number, which appears above the barcode on your juror summons. Requests are not automatically granted. After review, you will receive a notice in the mail regarding your juror status.
